Why Not Prosecute Joe Biden?

Robert Hur's report did not exonerate Joe Biden. This is a fact that RNC Attorney Christina Bobb says Democrats have a hard time accepting. "He was basically saying 'Joe Biden has culpability as well. There's potential culpability there. I am just choosing not to prosecute him,'" Bobb said. "That could potentially be a nail in the coffin for the classified documents case down in Florida for President Trump because you have, I would say, the same set of facts, but the facts are actually much more favorable to Donald Trump. Yet he's the one being prosecuted."
