Two Explosions Hit Checkpoints in Gaza Strip, Two Dead, Officials Say
Two explosions ripped through police checkpoints in Gaza City, Tuesday, August 27, according to Hamas officials in the Gaza Strip.
Hamas’ interior ministry said two policemen were killed in the first explosion at a checkpoint in Gaza City, while two passersby were wounded.
A second blast occurred at a police post across town an hour later. (AP)
