The U.S. Supreme Court's Approach to Writing Today's 9-0 Ruling

President Trump attorney Christina Bobb, speaking of today's unanimous U.S. Supreme Court ruling in President Trump's favor, called it narrow and precise. "You can tell by the way it was written that they wrote it for the purpose of getting a unanimous ruling. I am grateful that they did that," Bobb said. "Certainly, I would have loved for them to raise the fact that Donald Trump hasn't been tried, let alone convicted, of insurrection."
