U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-05), who voted to oust Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the House, said the rule he and seven of his colleagues used was passed by every Republican and endorsed by McCarthy himself. "The people who are now so upset, they approved those rules as well," said Biggs, who said he knew he'd get verbally attacked for his vote.
