The Media's Weird Obsession with Tuesday's Appellate Court Ruling on President Trump

Julie Kelly tells Steve Bannon that it normally takes three to five months between oral arguments and an appellate court publishing its decision. "They were starting to bully these judges, especially the Bush 41 judge, Karen Henderson, who they believed was holding this up, into finally posting their decision," Kelly said. "Why? Because of the March 4 trial date, all of the pretrial calendar has been on hold awaiting this immunity decision. These people thought they would be in Washington for weeks and months, covering this historic trial in Washington, D.C." Instead, as Kelly put it, "they are sitting there twiddling their thumbs" because what they anticipated has instead been put on hold.
