Surveillance Cameras Show Toddler on Atlanta Airport Conveyer Belt

Surveillance footage from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport shows a toddler’s journey along the baggage conveyer belt after sneaking past a ticket counter, Monday, July 22.

According to an Atlanta police report, the boy walked away from his mother as she turned away “for one second” while attempting to print her boarding pass at a kiosk. The boy traveled along the conveyer belt through restricted areas of the airport until Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials safely removed him.

Atlanta police said emergency medical services treated the boy for a “severely swollen and bruised” right hand before he was transported to a hospital for additional treatment. (ABC)
