Queen Elizabeth Opens New Royal Papworth Hospital Building During Cambridge Visit

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth opened the new Royal Papworth Hospital Tuesday, July 9, during a visit to Cambridge.
The Queen met staff and patients during her visit before she unveiled a plaque to mark the opening of the hospital’s new building.
During a busy day in Cambridge for the queen, she visited the National Institute of Agricultural Botany on its centenary. The queen had been a visitor to the institute fifty years ago in 1969. (Reuters)
