Rep. James Comer (R-KY-01) describes Attorney General Merrick Garland's actions today to appoint David Weiss as special counsel another maneuver to delay his committee's investigation into Hunter Biden. "He appoints the same person who had supposedly been investigating Hunter Biden for five years who let the statute of limitations expire on all of his obvious tax crimes who tried to negotiate a sweetheart plea deal that let him off scot-free," Comer said.
