Intense Questioning by the Biggest Brains on the Court

Article III Project founder Mike Davis, referring to today's events at the U.S. Supreme Court, says President Trump will win a narrow victory there. "It's going to be five to four, maybe six to three, depending on how Justice Amy Coney Barrett rules," Davis told Steve Bannon. "The Supreme Court will rule very narrowly that the president of the United States — any president of the United States — is immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts, not their personal acts. They are going to remand this case back to D.C. Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan. She's going to hold an evidentiary hearing, as she should have done in the first place. She's going to decide what are official acts."
