Floodwaters Seep in New York Bus Following Storms
Some commuters on a New York City bus climbed their seats on Wednesday, July 31, after water seeped in the bus floor as it drove through the flooded area of Staten Island.
A video uploaded to a social media website shows people with their legs off the floor, with some standing atop the seat. Local media reported that a flash flood warning had been issued for Staten Island on Wednesday afternoon due to the expected heavy storms. (Reuters)
