Election Interference is at Play, Mike Davis Warns
Mike Davis of the Article III Project tells Natalie Winters that Jack Smith waited 30 months after President Trump left office to pursue charges against him for (1) the non-crime of having his presidential records and (2) for objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887. Smith wants to rush to have Trump's trial in less than six months, starting January 2, 2024, the same time as the Iowa Caucuses and the Republican presidential primary.
