Dramatic Video Captures $40-Million Gold Heist in Brazil

Dramatic video from Brazil captures the moment armed men stole $40 million of gold and other precious metals, Thursday, July 25, from a Sao Paulo cargo terminal at South America’s busiest airport, and took two hostages, police said.
Several of the suspects arrived at the Guarulhos airport in a black pickup truck that resembled Brazil’s federal police, according to security footage seen by Reuters.
According to Brazil’s department for the investigation of organized crime, an airport official had his family taken hostage. Under duress, he then gave insider information of operations at the terminal. (Reuters)
