Democrats Are Running Their Legal Hail Mary

Article III Project President and Founder Mike Davis slams Democrats for trying to use the 14th Amendment to disqualify President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot in order to help President Joe Biden win the election. Davis says Democrats are starting in Colorado, a deep-blue state with a Democrat judge, as a way of getting a favorable ruling against Trump to use in swing states like Michigan.
