Democratic lawmakers say the Trump administration's refusal to provide additional information and testimony relating to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report has plunged the U.S. into a constitutional crisis. The fight over just how much oversight the U.S. Congress should have over the White House has triggered a debate about the balance of power in the U.S. government.
