Chicago Firetruck Stuck Following Garage Collapse

A firetruck got stuck over a gap in the asphalt following the partial collapse of a parking garage on Chicago’s South Side, Tuesday, August 6, as crews were responding to an emergency medical call.

Chicago Fire Department spokesman Larry Langford told WFLD that the fire engine’s front bumper caught on a section of the second level that had not collapsed and prevented the truck from falling. (AP)
