Anthony Foxx takes transporation funding fight to Kentucky

Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx joined up with Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear on Wednesday to lay out the future if Congress doesn’t pass legislation before Aug. 1 to keep the Highway Trust Fund solvent.
