President Trump today filed a powerhouse motion in front of the U.S. Supreme Court that explains why immunity is vital for the presidency. "Without immunity we cannot have a president because every president will look over their shoulder and wonder if they will be indicted, wrongfully, as President Trump has by his political opponents," said Trump for President 2024 Senior Advisor @BorisEP. As Epshteyn told Steve Bannon, a president could be subjected to blackmail or extortion or threatened with wrongful prosecution as soon as he or she leaves office.
